Reservations & Cancellations Policy

Please select a tour and your date then call us 1 866 ESCAPE 5 or email us. We'll discuss the details of your request and arrange everything from your meal, pick up-drop off, all equipment, activities and anything else you need. We accept Visa, AMEX & MasterCard as form of payment for a reservation booking over the phone. We'll accept checks if received 10 business days or more before the tour date. We also accept cash, money orders, and travelers checks as form of payment (payable to Escape Sacramento Tours). To ensure you get the tour you want, please book early for better availability and selection during the summer and fall when many tours/days are sold out. We'll pick you up at the SF hotel of your choice for FREE. For custom, private, large group and overnight tours we'll pick you up anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area.

OVERNIGHT TOURS

Reservation Policy
We require a $400 deposit per person to make a reservation. We'll run your credit card for the deposit to confirm your space. The balance of your tour is due 30 days prior to departure. With your authorization, we'll automatically charge your credit card when the final balance is due 30 days out. If final payment is not received when due, Escape Travel reserves the right to sell your space to another guest. Please call us 1-866-ESCAPE-5 or email us.

Cancellation Policy per person:
60-90 days 25% of deposit
45-59 days 50% of deposit
30-44 days 60% of deposit
15-29 days 80% of tour price
00-14 days 100% of tour price

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.

There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a tour early.
Single supplements are considered part of the tour price and are subject to cancellation fees.
We reserves the right to make route and lodging modifications as needed.
On rare occasions when Escape Travel must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. If Escape Travel should cancel a tour within 15 days of departure due to low enrollment, you'll receive a full refund plus a credit voucher of $50/person towards another tour.
If Escape Travel should cancel a trip because of natural disaster or civil unrest, you will receive a full refund only.
Escape Travel is not responsible for lost expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.

DAY TOURS

Reservation Policy
Please call us 1-866-ESCAPE-5 or email us. A Tour Consultant will let you know what the availability for your choosen tour is, answer your questions and take your reservation. A credit card authorization or payment in full will hold your space on that tour. We accept payment by credit card, cash and travelers checks.Group tours of 5 or more will need to put 25% down and pay the balance 14 days prior to the tour.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a tour, please do so more than 72 hours before your tour for a $25/person cancel fee. Your reservation will be 100% nonrefundable with less than 72 hours notice.

* If you need to transfer from one trip to another, we can do so for a $25 transfer fee/person.

* Please no exceptions to these policies. We'll make every reasonable effort to keep each tour scheduled as planned. However, Escape Travel reserves the right to modify, change or cancel any tour due to government intervention, unsafe trail conditions, traffic problems or any other reason that would jeopardize the safety and well being of our guests. In this case, the tour may be altered or canceled. If canceled, you will receive a credit voucher for another tour that is good for the next two years. Thank you for your cooperation.
